      <Abstract>Modern society like ours in India, people are very busy in routine works and no one likes to wait. There are several situations in daily life when a queue is formed. Queuing theory is the mathematical study of waiting lines and it is very helpful for analyzing the problem the procedure of queuing of daily life of human being. Queuing theory applies not only in daily life but also in sequence of computer programming, medical field, banking ,railway ticket booking etc, In this paper, we try analyze the basic features of waiting line and its different applications.</Abstract>
