      <Abstract>The Network optimization is a very complicated system to manage and operate due to its size,  dynamic nature, fluctuations in demand and the large amount of heterogeneous components and devices. They claim that this protocol will offer an effective mobile agent (MA)-based clustering algorithm (MACA) to realize the energy potency and congestion resolution.
