      <Abstract>In this paper, the notion of bipolar fuzzy soft sets, the idea of a bipolar fuzzy soft groupoid in a given set  and related properties are investigated. Bipolar fuzzy soft groupoid is also constructed by using bipolar fuzzy soft groupoid. Conversely bipolar  fuzzy soft groupoid is established by the way of bipolar fuzzy soft groupoid. The characterisations of bipolar  fuzzy soft groupoid is provided and normal bipolar  fuzzy soft groupoid are discussed. Finally the decision making approach for bipolar  fuzzy soft set is to be analysed with a suitable example.</Abstract>
